White Water Rafting

Rafting takes place on the carefully selected section of river between Cieza and Blanca. This part of the river has been chosen for its numerous exciting challenges. Once arriving at the launch site the group are given a safety and equipment briefing before setting off. The activity has an age limit and, due to the nature of the activity can only be done by those with a decent swimming ability. Once everyone is safely strapped into their life jackets, it's time to set off.
White Water Rafting Challenges
The exhilarating 3 hour descent down the River Segura includes some thrilling challenges along the way. Participants will need to navigate around bridge supports, rocks and trees. There are also sections of fun rapids and drops that come into play. The river makes its way through calm sections too. Here you can take a refreshing dip as well as some great photos. The Ricote Valley is beautiful and provides the perfect spot to have a break and picnic lunch.
